Due to the immutable nature of blockchain micropayments, along with Bitping’s commitment to pay out our node partners for all work accrued in real time, the customer agrees and understands that no refunds on any credited amounts will be possible, and all sales will be treated as final.
Should a customer discover that services provided have been inadequate or fallen short of the agreed upon terms or SLA, the customer may be entitled to a remedy in the form of additional credits for the use of Bitping’s services at the sole discretion of Bitping Pty. Ltd.
Customers agree to hold Bitping Pty. Ltd. and all of its officers and representatives free and harmless and shall indemnify it from any and all liabilities, claims, losses or causes of action arising from the use of Bitping’s services. Customers also agree to accept full responsibility for their lawful usage of Bitping’s services in compliance with the relevant laws of their respective jurisdiction.
Bitping reserves the right to permanently revoke access and rescind all funds of any customer found to be utilising Bitping’s services for unlawful means without compensation. Such measures may be enacted at the discretion of Bitping Pty. Ltd. or that of a relevant law enforcement agency.
Payouts By requesting a payout, node partners understand and agree that they accept full responsibility for the lawful usage and disclosure of any funds acquired from services rendered to Bitping’s customers in compliance with the relevant laws of their respective jurisdiction. In order to minimise Bitping’s long-term liabilities, Bitping Pty. Ltd. also reserves the right to rescind any accrued funds by node partners that have not been claimed for a period of longer than 12 months.
Bitping encourages responsible disclosure of any bugs or vulnerabilities discovered within our system. If you believe you have encountered a security issue, please ensure you disclose it to us directly at [email protected] so that we may take appropriate corrective action. You may even receive a small bug bounty for your troubles!
